If only stopping at one lacation for a couple hours would you recommend Sandy Cay or Sandy Spit and why?

Not much left of Sandy Spit. Sandy Cay is always good for a fairly easy hour long hike around the island and plenty of great beach for those who don't want to hike.

for Sandy Cay be careful as you approach...there used to be a lot of sand as you came in on the dinghy. The sand is mostly gone and there are rocks and with the steep approach you get the rolling waves
It has been good to watch nature return here...
