We went there in July 03 and it was not quite what we expected. We expected some type "Dolphin show" based on the resort concierge's description.
The reality is that the Cove seems to specialize in "in the water" dolphin /customer swiming experiences. That is, if you pay extra above the entrance fee, and get in the water, there is a show with dolphins. The shows are done at small docks with a group of people in the water who have paid the extra charge and there is a Dolphin trainer for each group at each dock.
The "shows" at each dock go on at the same time and are not moderated in any way such that the general audience can hear them (or even see well as the docks are all about 100 ft or more from the big dock where people stand (closest you can get without getting in the water.
So --- if you plan to get in the water and pay the extra fee, its probably great, otherwise you do not get to see much. Not worth the trip to us.
