Just had this sent to me....

Hi folks - just chiming in. I’m from Grand Case. All the restaurants have been closed since yesterday (some Friday). The roads are not passable. Extra forces are not visible as I have just returned from lunch at the lolos. Driving is not possible but luckily I am within walking distance.

OK, I guess the lolos are open but nothing else in Grand Case?
