Attached (I hope) are pictures of the small bars on the south end of Orient from last week. Orange has chairs and serving drinks. Le String was going to put out chairs last weekend. Most said they hoped to be fully open by March. Aloha may not rebuild until next season. All are waiting for water and electric to be turned on. The infrastructure is in place. Pirate was the first to start rebuilding but build under preliminary rules. The footprint of the building is bigger than allowed under the final building codes. They are in court. At least some progress
