Anyone have experience with Budget Car rental on SXM, I hear SAX will meet you but Budget you have to take a bus?

We used Budget years ago and never had a problem. UNTIL WE HAD A PROBLEM and it was a BEAUT! But in the end it was fine because we rediscovered (relocated Lesley Bruce aka Kennys Car Rentals who also meets you at the airport with your car) and we've been happy ever since on a couple of trips a year.
And in fairness to Budget, I think they've changed hands since then but if I'm correct, the present owner is the person we had the issue with. I've read good things about them of late if that helps at all.
