Anyone have an opinion on the reliability of the PredictWind forecasts versus actual winds?

WhereI sail in New England, I find their predictions are always at the high end of the actual range we have in any given day but still better than the NOAA predictions. What has been you experience in the BVI?

Also, are their wave predictions close to reality?

Thanks. 30 day countdown is on for us.

Swell forecasts will be accurate 3 to 4 days out. Wind forecasts maybe 2 days out and are generally on the high side.

Okay. I appreciate the info. Two days out is a good window for planning.
