I just got a quote from Island Birds for our May trip to charter from SJU to EIS. They gave me an alternate airport to cab from SJU called Isla Grande. This alternate saves about 20% off the charter. Here is info: https://www.islandbirds.com/the-isla-grande-option/Hope this helps you...

Cool idea! We have frequently overnighted in SJU on inbound trip. This makes great sense, and I recall the airport when departing on a “big boat” cruise from old San Juan.
