Day 12 - It wasn't Sunday, but we decided after an morning rain shower that would be a "day of rest". I should mention that Monday after "the Party", we went out for something to eat with friends, Paul and Carol, and John of Tijon. At Paul's suggestion, we stopped at Pizza Del Sol. It's on Welfare Rd across from Toppers. Our first time. We were pleasantly surprised at how good their pizza was. Cracker thin crust, like folks from St Louis like it. Of course they don't use Provel cheese, which is standard on almost all pizzas served in St Louis. Brought home enough for lunch today.
So after watching the morning boat in and out of harbor, we settled down for a couple games of Scrabble. That took us to lunch time. Then naptime(we're old). dinner was going to be at SMYC. Again Chicken Caesar Salad and watched some more boats come in. Some casino time(it's been two days) at Princess. Betty even, Norm up.

We have driven by Pizza del Sol several times, but never stopped. So many restaurants, so little time!!

I soooo agree with you.

You (as well as I) will just have to move to SXM or take a year. Perhaps then we'll get to all the restaurants.

RonDon--I don't think I have what it takes to live on SXM. If I were independently wealthy, I would love to buy a condo or something so I could go down anytime I liked, but I think the island would get too small, fairly quickly.
