Lisa West was killed in the East End on this day in the late afternoon by a young man driving at an extremely high rate of speed 20 years ago.. She loved the BVI and her people. The BVI and her people gave a woman from a working class background a home that was never expected. Eva, Naomi, Big Shot, Mike, Sydney, Joe, Nancy, Dan, Penny and those that loved her. God bless the BVI and may all treat her well.
