I just logged into my account to make a transfer of funds from the reloadable topup card to the phone and got a screen that indicated "No Products Available". There was an option for a "Gift Card Transfer Credit" but that does not allow one to put the credit on a specific phone number.
Anyone else had an issue of late?

After trying several times and getting to the topup link through several ways, I was able to make the transaction. Perhaps it was a short term glitch but I would be curious to know if anyone else has experienced this.

Must have been a short-term glitch. I transferred money 10 days ago and just now was able to login as I normally would with no issues, although I did not try to transfer any money.

Thanks, logging in was not the problem but I could not initially get to the virtual topup terminal at all. It did eventually work after only being able to get to the "gift card"terminal. I just tried again and it appears to be working.
