It says “clearing work can start very soon” which I assume means demolition, with reconstruction starting in Q3. But who knows.

After so many years of next to doing nothing but talk I somehow get the feeling it’s more lip service to keep the people hanging on and shut up. Love the island but In SXM only believe it when you SEE IT!

It's a real SHAM!! How these people in charge have done a con job on the government and investors out of more money!! Last Oct-Nov didn't look much better than the year before with the tents! If anything the lines were quicker!!! You know the days of the old airport, you knew it could be very tight inside at times. And so goes it. THIS is ridiculous that this HUGE building is STILL unusable!! Some body is getting very fat!!!
