Just got a message from friends trying to check in at PJIA. Sounds like it is much more expeditious to do as much as possible prior to getting to the airport. In their haste to get out today, they did not check in online or print boarding passes. There must be different lines for those who have done this.

Doesn't sound good. Keep us appraised..

We have always checked in online but never was allowed to print boarding passes leaving sxm.

We have not been able to check-in and get phone boarding passes last two years at least on American. Don’t remember before that.

Just passing on what I was told by friends trying to get through the process.

I could not print or get a copy of boarding pass on my United app on Tuesday. They were inspecting passports to see where you have traveled to in last few weeks as we stood in line for boarding pass.

I understand.
