As of now, no ban on the Dutch side beaches but that could easily and quickly change.

Only very late at night or very early in the morning. There has probably been well over 10,000 tourists leave in the past week and no cruise ships bringing people it, it is going to be very quiet. The difference from Sat. to Tuesday of this week was obvious.

I will never forget in 1982 walking on the beach, I'm it was there. I had brought my wife a ring..not too much money now but lets say about $150.00(a lot for me) then for a gold band ring, from a store in Pburg. I unpacked the box and was going to present it to her on the beach, can't remember where we got a drink from but I was going to slide the ring over the straw. Anyway, put it in my shorts pocket and went for a swim and totally forgot about it and of course, I lost it. I felt rather(extremely) sick at the time, spent the whole day looking and the next morning and felt off for weeks after that. So every time we go to The Sunset Bar, have a walk and try to find it(well, one can try). It brings a smile to our faces now as opposed to how I felt all those years ago. So if anybody when we finally get back there, finds a small gold ring, do let me know please. drown
