Hey folks! It's been far too long without activity here. I KNOW you are all cooking a whole lot more so lets share what you've been trying that you loved.

Hey, that does look good! Did you serve it like that, or possibly pop it under the broiler for a minute at the end?

Actually I made it the day before in a casserole dish. Reheated it tin the oven at 350 for 45 minutes. Worked fine. You may notice the directions don't say what to do with the onions. I did 2 layers of everything and put the onions in between the 2 layers.
