It never ends well when they give chase! He's lucky he didn't get killed or seriously injured for life!! The Police on both side have to come up with safer road blocks, so there won't be any of these "high-speed" chases where other people could end up hurt from the chase!! We have all seen our fair share of loonies on two wheels sometimes on one wheel cause an accident or two in our times on the island. What could be done, is a sting operation. Go to where they are hanging out. Demand papers and tags. No papers/tags. OFF it goes until said papers/tags are presented! This won't stop them but it will send the message. We are coming after you!
Sand Gravity, got to love it!

How about if the perpetrator would just follow the law, stopped when asked to stop and the problem is mostly solved. Doing illegal things involve risk and many times don't end well. These clowns have been treated in a mamby bamby way for too long. A safer road block would likely do little, a sting operation is another story but most would likely flee unless they were basically caught in dragnet fashion.
