Daughter wants to depart Tortola on New Year’s Day by ferry to catch a flight out of STT. Are ferries running January 1 in the morning to catch a 3:15pm flight?

No ferries to St. Thomas are running right now, and there has been no official word about when they will be allowed to resume service. So far the government has said that, when borders re-open, entry will be solely through EIS.
Normally, ferries run every day, including holidays.
