I hope all the seating isn't in the form of a booth. It reminds me of a diner.

Your probably right on that. When we go to a nice restaurant I like table seating. Maybe I'm just getting too old....

What a great job trying to keep people comfortable and safe. The food sounds delicious, as always, with many options for dining in and out!! Very nice !!

I prefer table seating also, but that arrangement does make sense. The pre-prepared meals do sound like a great option. I understand several restaurants are doing that now. Whenever we are finally able to return to SXM, that might be an option for us, on a night when we don't really feel like going out, but don't feel like cooking either.
..which brings me to the question of delivery.... Once SXM has opened back up to tourists, I wonder what kind of delivery options will be available? Before this thing, the only deliveries I think were pretty much pizza. That will be a very interesting topic, once SXM opens back up.

If I recall IZI always had both booth and table seating. Just more booths now.

Yes, IZI always had some booths. And kudos to them for trying to keep customers safe.

Kudos to them for trying to find a way for people to still enjoy a nice meal out, while keeping diners somewhat separated from each other. Until there is a Covid-19 vaccine, I think safety will trump "ambiance" for many of those seeking a nice meal out. I know it will for us. We are booked for 5 weeks in January. Just keeping our fingers crossed it will be relatively "safe" to travel by then. If not, we will push it off for a year.
