My understanding is that there are temperature checks only. There are some links to the USVI online pages in this thread. Link

We traveled through the SJ airport 2 weeks ago. The airport requires masks on everyone. Their handling of passengers and luggage was excellent with people wearing gloves as well. We had no temperature checks done. The island itself is very conscious of the virus and takes it extremely seriously with social distancing and masks everywhere.
