Where is this location? I don't recognize the road names.

Same place as the old one. You can see in the picture clearing land next to the current hospital.

As Elaine said, same place it always was. If you are coming from Simpson bay toward P'burg, you go up the hill to the roundabout at the top of the hill and bear to the right to go down the hill, instead of going around the roundabout and coming out down toward Mark's and Carrefour, etc., Go down that hill and it's down there.
