It's probably not going to be what they think. A fairly good amount of people who would come are not going to be able to. Unfortunately, a rapid test for the virus for a lot of folks is not something readily available This may cut down on the amounts of people expected to try for a vacation on the island any time soon. The ones who can get one will be proven not to have the virus--hopefully--so not much should happen when and if they can get there.

Proven not to have the virus, at the moment they are tested. Assuming it's not a false negative. We'll see in a couple of weeks.
