Thanks for the update, Scubaman. I'm glad to see they finally made it back, but at considerable additional costs in both time and money.

I agree with Carol. I find it less-than-satisfactory that no one, other than the Tourism Minister, has offered any sort of apology or compensation. They should be compensated for the additional flight and test costs as a minimum. But all the bureaucrats are playing their typical CYA games and scurrying to any out-of-sight, dark corner they can find. It will be interesting to see what happens after August 1st as the number of visitors increases and this type of situation is bound to recur.
