The United States (US) Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued a level three travel warning for St. Maarten on Thursday.

This really doesn't mean anything. They lifted the Global Level 4 Do Not Travel advisory yesterday. They basically have every country in the world at a Level 3 - Avoid Non-Essential Travel now.
