According to Jeff Berger Dutch side is going to do a mass covid testing towards end of this month. Their active cases continue to rise.

The EU doesn't even do mass testing so there is no way the island is going to be able to afford it.

St Barth's original plan was to test the entire island. They've since moved on from that idea. They are still requiring a negative PCR test, and are still testing visitors on D+7.

As of Saturday St Barth had performed 1612 tests, St Martin had performed 1770 tests, and St Maarten had performed 984 "community" tests and 350 tests on arrivals at the airport.
