Did you read the entire article? It said the man who did this is homeless with known psychiatric problems. Seems like he's less a scumbag and more a troubled individual who shouldn't be on the street and needs help ASAP.
Glad no one was hurt.

Perhaps, then he should not have been on the loose. Looks like he needed help back in 2015 or before.

This is only the beginning. The homeless first, people desperate next then those who never had a mental breakdown will have had enough of this pandemic, lock down madness will start doing things they never thought they would do. It is a breakdown of society. The only thing to do now is take a step back and love your family. Support your community and prepare for the darkness but spread good cheer and light.
