One may see the following items on a menu on their travels (after COVID) This quiz is part two of the world Culinary Challenge and is in also in two parts: First, identify what country the dish originates in for 5 points, and then describe what you are getting ready to eat for another 5 points! A total of 100 points are available. Please post your scoreBon Appétit 1. - Raw Herring (Netherlands) 2. - Mashed potatoes with kale or cabbage (Ireland) 3. – Bull’s Tail Stew (Ox tail is commonly substituted) (Spain) 4. - Baby Octopus in White Wine Sauce (Italy) 5. a white braided bread – (Switzerland) 6. Fried potato and cabbage (carrots, peas, Brussels sprouts, or any other leftover vegetables can be added) – (England) 7. – Rabbit in a Mustard Sauce (France) 8. – Salt Cod, potatoes, onions and olives (Portugal) 9. – Fried Cheese Appetizer (Greece) 10. – Chocolate Cake covered in Chocolate and Coconut (aka serious brownie) (Iceland)

Wow.... Nobody is taking the food challenge These are not fancy dishes... This is what will be on the menu at regular restaurants or food stands Of course you can always request a menu in English...

10 points - Only # 9. We were there and enjoyed that a couple of years ago.
I’ve visited every one of the first nine countries, not #10. But enjoyed BEERMAN's trip report there!

you get 5 points if you got the country where the dish is from so I bet you did better than 10. 5 for country and 5 for the dish

I got 6,7,8 for 15 points and the ingredients for 7 (same as menu description) for total of 20, The rest were too tough for me but sounded delicious.
