FF--I think you will not starve, for sure! I think there should be several places open in Orient Village. My understanding is that the road through Grand Case is a disaster area, so not sure I'd worry too much about going there.. Not sure if Anse Marcel Beach Club is open or not, but if it is, I definitely would go there!!!

5 days not a week. Last I looked a week was 7 days. Make your appointment a week before you need to be tested. The test must fall within 5 days of departure.

We our scheduled for our tests already, the testing day is November 6th. We are feeling good about the whole process of getting to St Maarten which is what allowed us to pull the trigger on going.
