OK, here is one to start and I'm looking for the name of the city/town.

While I can't see anything identifying in the image, I'm a fan of Zydeco so with the squeeze-box and washboard I'm going to have guess New Orleans.

Scratch that guess - I saw the "River Island" store and made the mistaken assumption that they exist in the USA, but I believe that the they don't. Add in the cobblestones and the backpacker I'll amend my guess to Dublin. I worked there for a bit and loved it - despite the weather. I not only tried the James Joyce new-bar-every-night-for-Guinness but learned to how to correctly spell and pronounce "Siobhán" while there smile

Zanshin, your amendment put you much closer, but not Dublin.

Shot in the dark, my guess in somewhere in the Netherlands. Purely a guess, looks like a small flag above one of the gentlemen’s head

They are barefoot. If Ireland or the UK, it must have been a warm summer day.

Not the Netherlands, and here's another picture. Hopefully, it doesn't contain a lot of obvious clues like national flags and stores.

Ok, so what appears to be European coat of arms on flags, that big metal thing left over from WWII, what’s left of the front of a building that was probably bombed, a lot of people waiting for something, and I still have no clue!

The metal object looks like a sculpture of some sort, perhaps a memorial considering the apparently bombed out building wall. I've seen things like that in England. Plymouth?

Since I earlier posted pictures of the Aran Islands, I figured you had been to (or worked in) Galway. You are correct Sleepychef and you are up.

Swifty is the winner, on the way to that market at the bottom of the hill, a gentleman offered to buy my blonde daughter, followed by another gentleman running around in his underwear yelling that his head was on fire.

Fun times!

Swifty is up!

I shouldn't be guessing from my phone as your picture looks nothing like Giants Causeway. Since Ellen was closer, what about somewhere on Cape Cod like Provincetown?

So it doesn’t look super tropical but there is a country music tie so I’m guessing Nashville
