Is anyone else having trouble with the port webcam? When I open the webcam it looks great for 10 seconds and then the screen goes black and says 40%. I haven't made any changes.

You might have an ad blocker that is causing the problem. If you do and if this is causing the problem, disable it for the site and it should work.
