I can’t post my photos right now but we walked down there last Feb (we used to stay there) to observe the progress and I would say much has been done since then-especially with regard to the exterior of the units. The whole area went into quite a state of disrepair before it went condo, and then people like Thibault and Amaury bought up a bunch of the units and renovated them and upgraded the area. Even pre-Irma though, many people complained about the parking lots, etc. Carol Hill
