Ugh! It’s time.......

We’ve had a lovely two weeks here. Managed to see a lot of old friends and spent much valued time with them, and we even managed to meet a few new ones, too, whom I hope might become part of our future trips, as well. We looked at many of the old places we’ve frequented but from new and different perspectives. OMGoodness - is the airport landing path ever so more beautiful from high up in the penthouse units? You bet it is.......

This morning we had our last breakfast of this trip at the Yacht Club and finally got to say hello and good-bye to Monique (aka Moos, Mo and according to her, almost anything else they want to call her.......🙂) who we missed on our earlier visit but whose life path we’ve followed since her earliest days at the original Karakter Bar. Now she is someone who has truly traveled this world and visited some incredible destinations.

Took it easy most if the day and got into packing for home. Once again, an almost full suitcase of unworn clothes and another almost full of laundry to be done. Guess I know what tomorrow will bring......

Last dinner was back to Sublime. Easy parking and good food in a pleasant location. And then, home to lalaland. Next wake-up will be to head home and all that entails.

Respectfully,

pat
