We got an email from Grand Case Beach Club offering a discount too. Some on the island are doing whatever they can to get people back. It's the government paperwork requirement within 72 hours of arrival that's keeping a lot of people from coming.
We are booked air/hotel for Feb 27 2021 but unless I find someone to help me with scanning, attaching, and fixing an email problem, I don't think we'll be going. I have an all-in-one HP printer but on a practice run I keep getting a message "scanner cannot locate computer". Neither of us is computer savvy.

If it is a wired connection, disconnect and try starting over with your computer finding the all-in-one. If it is a blue tooth connection/wireless, you may have to reconnect if there has been a password change for your system/router or if it was disconnected. It can be frustrating but it is not all that hard to work through a reconnection.

Other options: On some computers, you can create a PDF. Open the file, and print it. But instead of sending the document to your printer, you can change the Destination of the file by selecting "Create PDF" or "Save as PDF" as the Destination. Save to your computer and attach to the webpage or email message. Or, you can print the document and take it to FedEx Office, Staples, etc. They can scan it for you and save it to a "thumb drive" that you bring with you or purchase there. This option will cost a little money, but it'll get the job done.

I have the same issue with my HP all in one printer. Go to the HP printer on your PC and you can scan from there. When you set up the printer you most likely said “no” to setting up the scan functionality. At least that’s what my research tells me. But the scan function works just fine from the HP program and I don’t fell like deleting the HP software & reloading to fix an issue I can work around easily.
