Started with our breakfast @ elZafiro. Seas still rough, strong wind. Then it was a drive up to Tijon Perfumery in Grand Case. Almost since Irma, the main road down the center of restaurant row has been torn up while cable and utilities were buried. A couple months ago they finished and repaved the whole street, edge to edge, top to bottom. In someones great wisdom, yesterday they started tearing up the top end of the road, in front of Tijon and Spiga, and will go to the airport to bury or redo the water lines. Tijon owners, John and Cyndi, have been off island for awhile, returned Sunday. Surprise, make it even harder for the few customers they have.
Stopped for gas at the station in Orient area. Always considered their gas with the best price on Island....Don't ask, forgot to actually look at what I paid.
Dinner tonight was at Pineapple Pete's. They have greatly reduced the number of tables for "social distancing". Split a Neptune Burger with cheese. Came with a lot of fries. But the real reason we go to PP, is their Creme Brulee. Never seems to disappoint. Burger, Creme Brulee, 2 cokes with some service charge - $32.
A little casino time, both of us down.

Noticed a reduction in the quality of the food in general this year at PP.

I'm not sure it could get much lower. Last two times we've been there wasn't up to expectations. Course that was back in 2019.

Love Pineapple Pete's. A must stop each time I go.
