Our crew flies from Reno, NV on Sunday, Feb 14th, connects to a red-eye flight in PHX-MIA, and arrives
STT on Feb 15th. The USVI Update page mentions testing within 5 days of departure date, which would be today.

I went on the the USVI Portal, and it only allows entry in their system for 5 days before arrival.

Are my crew that gets tests today going to be outside the 5 day window for testing??
