We stayed in SXM in Feb last year, right before covid, and made plans to return, though bought cancel any reason insurance because Covid was just starting. We were off and on about the trip the last few months, but the many positive reports on this board convinced us to make the trip.
We scheduled our Covid test for 70 hours before scheduled takeoff from Charlotte, though after we scheduled it, SXM changed to 120 hours for US and Canada. Got our tests and results today and both negative, but wanted to point out that our report, from the main quick turnaround place in our fairly big city has a date, not time of the test. If we were cutting it closer to 120 hours, that could have presented an issue. So if you are closer to that timeframe, you may want to check with the lab to see if they print the hour of the test on the report.

Neither of our last tests had the time taken on them and they were both accepted. In reality, at the bigger testing sites, you sample is taken and put in a cooler. These are picked up at set times or at the end of the day so the time would be inappropriate.
Our first tests way back in October had the date taken and "time received" as 545pm but we had the test done at 11am

I would assume "time received" would be the time stamp.
