I am somewhat concerned about all the info that is “required” about the Covid test. Specifically, did everybody who got approved have specific brand of the test, kind of swab, location of the swab. No Covid test result that I have received in the past had all of this info in the report. Anybody who received authorization have all the info stated in travel requirements on their report? I have flight on 3/20.

One of the places I test at, I know several people, and what every one gets is the reporting test, that gets turned in to the government for reimbursement. They know I ask for the diagnostic report on top of that, as that is more detailed. But I know people who have been to CVS and Walgreens, turned in those test results with no problem.
