We've done the USVI portal multiple times. It is a breeze compared to the BVI! Ditto! Didn't think it was difficult at all. Maybe your internet was glitchy when you were doing it?

What drove us crazy was the DOB section. You can't just put numbers in the box you must use their calendar. So we kept putting in the month, then the day, then scrolling back (all the way back to the '40s) for the year but it kept knocking back to 2021 and/or completely deleting our input. We understand that some countries use the day first, then the month, then the year so we tried that to no avail. But, as I said before, they wanted the month, then year, then day. It took a long time to figure that out. The phone number was an issue but that was easy to figure out. And then the slowness.....maybe that was our glitchy internet. The good news is we were approved 24 hours after the application.

Poor web design is still poor web design. No sense in rolling dates. Clear instructions Re: dd/mm /yyyy or mm/dd/yyyy would be much easier. Also a simple note that phones should be 10 digits only, no dots or dashes. (Or note about country codes)
We managed, but it was less simple than it should be with good design management.
