Anybody going on this Bare Necessities Nude Cruise?
Anybody ever been on a Celebrity Nude Cruise? Ever been on a Celebrity Textile Cruise? How does Celebrity compare to other cruise lines?

October of 2012, my husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary on the Celebrity Infinity cruising Alaska for seven days. It was a fabulous cruise and we were most pleased with everything. We had an upgraded room, their Aqua Suite class. Most definitely worth the extra money due to the private balcony, spa privileges and private restaurant called "Blu" just for Aqua Spa room cruisers. (EXCELLENT food in Blu)

We found Celebrity to be a bit higher class of cruising compared to their sister line, Royal Caribbean. Having not been on any other lines than those, I can't personally compare. However, we wouldn't hesitate to book Celebrity again!!

I checked on their website. Ships holds 2000 passengers. Interior Cabins start at $1099.00 for a 9 day cruise. Leaves out of FLL on a Thursday- stops at their private Island Coco Cay, then St. Barts which has a topless beach (Shell) and two c/o beaches (Governor's and Saline). A stop at Guadeloupe, then a stop at SXM. Two days at sea before returning to FLL on Saturday. Sounds like fun. We usually take a Cruise during Mardi Gras to get away from the madness here in New Orleans. This trip is on our radar <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Banana.gif" alt="" />

We are not planning to go as of now, but I talked to Nancy, owner of BN, and it sounded like a great cruise. We have sailed Celebrity on textile and nude. Great cruise line.

BN did a very similar itinerary in 2011 on the Celebrity Century. Loved the cruise, loved Celebrity. Definitely higher class than Carnival, but not at all stuffy. Our waiter did a strip tease one night, the ship's officers played volleyball with nude passengers (the officers kept some clothes on). Excellent food, fun fellow passengers, relaxed atmosphere.
