American plane just had to avoid landing suddenly just now , don't know why ?

Thought it was Air France? Came past here really low in fog.

We were on an AA plane years back that had to do the same thing landing in PJIA. We could see the SSBB out the window to our side and suddenly shot straight up. Cause was rain squall and wind shear. Circled once and then had smooth landing. Can still feel my wife fingernails digging in my leg.

Yes their was a sudden rain and one of our customers said that they had to circle with Delta .

I saw it as well. It was American & it was pouring rain getting foggy & when he came across maho beach I thought whoa he's too high to land and he was. The air traffic guy warned them it was wet. Glad I wasn't on the plane but still fairly low. Good pilot!!
