There is still arrival testing and a one-day quarantine. Private boats cannot yet enter except by licensed delivery.

On that front I highly recommend Roan at Tender Too if you need a licensed delivery captain to move a boat in or out of the BVI.
Roan is the best!! On a slightly related note, I highly recommend Roan for a day trip. He has access to different sized boats for different groups. He's happy to cater to exactly the activities that you want so sometimes it's better than pre-planned shared charters. Great guy, very safe!

CDavis--If I were you, I would not want to take responsibility for something possibly going wrong in this situation, as that would be a major FUBAR.
Jason--Is it possible they could get in contact with a local vet, who could help ensure they have everything they need and that there are no last minute problems?
