I'm sure there are TTOL friends on the island that can give you updates for Orient beach! One poster said it looked great, beach fronts workers doing an amazing job staying a head of the "seagrass". We went to Kontiki, it was beautiful! Attached Files Sand Gravity, got to love it!

We went to Orient again on Tuesday and did not see any seaweed then either, after seeing none on Saturday. The wind was blowing pretty strongly, especially first thing in the morning. That's where a web cam is helpful. Carol Hill

jazzgal Traveler Joined: Jun 2009 Posts: 4,882 Portland, OR	I was at Orient yesterday; it was very windy and no one was getting in the water. But my, oh my, is Coco Beach ever a spectacular beach bar! Perhaps the nicest on the island. More with pictures in this week's trip report.
