Sorry to see that. Some parts of St Maarten/St. Martin have had some issues, but not nearly that bad. We just returned from 11 days there and one day we had a pretty decent accumulation, but they raked and there was none after that. It really is a big problem throughout the Caribbean.

Yes it is everywhere… We first saw it this bad in 2014/2015, never before in our short 20+ years of traveling the Carib and Mexico had we seen it at this level. Apparently that was the beginning of a cyclical event that the experts are still wrapping their heads around. I know much of the blame has been on discharges from various countries and on climate change…But wow…
