Rebuilding can start but no new construction permits in the red zoned flood areas. Club Orient is not new construction so it is time to get things going forward.

Next month, September 21, starts the fall when they said something would begin to happen on reconstruction. If so, I predict update posts on the progress will break records for TTOL thread views.

Nice to hear, but if I remember correctly, PPRN was not the only thing holding up reconstruction.
Are all of the owners ready to play nicely together in the sandbox?
Looking forward to seeing daily if not hourly photos of construction progress.

Yes, I think there were other issues there. Not sure if they have now been resolved or not.
