The BVI Government web site has been updated to provide the Travel Protocols effective today, the 1st of October, 2021. This is now linked to the "Entry Protocols" button on the home page which had been obsolete for some time. This statement clarifies the quarantine requirements that are still required for unvaccinated and partially vaccinated travelers. For the moment, this appears to be the most complete and accurate statement of protocols in one place. I'm sure that won't last.
