But she wasn't the driver and it seems that they are trying switch responsibility . Like the young guy that was killed by a VKS and was let go without any testing of him. Sucks and very sad indeed .

It is the Dutch initials for Voluntary Corps St Maarten. In Dutch the official name is Vrijwilligers Korps Sint Maarten, hence VKS.
