Just took it, felt like the questions had an agenda towards a preferred result based on the options for answers. Should have had more answer options.

Funny thing - I had the same reaction to it at about the midway point. A few additional potential response options might have made it better.

I started filling this out, but perhaps mistakenly, thought it was geared towards Islanders, not tourists, and didn't want to contaminate the results, so quit mid-stream. Likewise!

I stopped as well, since I couldn't say that I took the vaccine to protect myself. Seriously? All vaccines are to protect the recipient from getting the disease. You could put multiple reasons for that question on the survey.

Don’t see where your income has anything to do with if you have had COVID or not. Stopped there.. Too much info. There was a box you could check that you didn't want to say. Not a big deal.
