A wonderful day at Anse Marcel.
Beautiful weather with easy access to the water.
Lunch was fantastic. We both had scallops with gnocchi,
which turned out to be polenta lol.
Getting there was easy—getting back was a
nightmare !!

Thanks for the report and the pics. What was the "nightmare"?

Such a special place, thanks for sharing the photos. We haven't been in a few years--may have to put it on the list for our next visit.

Thanks for your post. We are thinking of Anse Marcel for lunch tomorrow. Luckily we are staying on French side but had to pick up rental on Dutch side today and it took 2 hours to get back - it really was a nightmare!

Carol the islands for you!
Not great with my camera.
I had a memory come up with Beacon Hill, today. I can’t believe how many new buildings are there now.

Nice pics Terry. Both trips to Orient were a breeze but each time traffic in the opposite direction was a nightmare.

We were getting worried about you and wondered if you might have gotten stuck in traffic. Glad it was a good day even if the ride home was less than stellar. Traffic has seemed heavy everywhere we’ve ventured which hasn’t been too far. We usually try to get out ahead of the beach departees and the afternoon ‘rush hour’ - sometimes it works. Most times not! 😊😊

Respectfully,

pat
