I understand. But why keep all the old info and not just start a new thread with updated info. That post started in March the second one is June. That way it’s only the current rules

Elaine--exactly, the link is to the current rules. If someone has a question about anything about the rules, they can post a new thread, but no reason to make a new thread every time the SXM government changes the rules, which is often.

So after six and nine months after those two post you can’t tag a new post at the top where people don’t have yo scroll all the way through those post to find the new info.
