How & where do I send Vaccination and credit card pics to EHAS application? Are there directions on the application? I need step by step directions as I can't see total application until next Wednesday. Thanks ahead of time for your help.

toothdoc-Credit card pictures?? For what?? The application is pretty self explanatory. All you have to do to see the whole thing is to MAKE UP a date which is no MORE than 3 days from now and pretend you are going on that date, and start filling in the info. Just don't get to the point of actually putting in your credit card info. One advantage to this is that in fact the form does auto-save some of the info, so that when you actually do go back to fill it in, in reality, some of the info will already be there.

It gives you an option to upload the vaccine and booster card on the second page. The credit card part is just like a normal online credit card purchase.

The application is pretty self explanatory, just remember to use the euro date format of dd/mm/yyyy

Tom--yes, that is a very good point, regarding the date. I made that mistake myself the first time I went to fill out the form.

You can do a dry run of the application all the way to payment of insurance to see what is needed...then just don't complete it....I checked it out twice before the real application date

Thank you all for your info. I had files set up for each of us and now it's a snap to hit each one and finish up the application. Of course, we didn't go to the end or give any credit info. Now we can start packing!

Yes. You have to provide proof.

For the Vaccination and Booster cards, is a jpeg or pdf preferred?

I just applied for myself and my wife. It took nine minutes to receive my pre-approval notice. By the time I finished my wife’s app, mine was in my inbox. I’ve been stressing about this unnecessarily. Their system really works pretty well. I thought I would have to go to my office this Sunday morning, but I did it easily at home on my IPad. Still waiting on my wife’s, but it is lunch time in SXM.

Just finished ours and got an approval an hour after. I uploaded a photo I took of our vaccine cards (had to upload it twice because it shows the booster) from my iPhone library. Very easy.

Just for a point of reference.. We fille dout our EHAS about 9:30pm (Pacific Time) and got all our approvals about 2:30 am. So about 5 hours. Not too bad for the middle of the night. The upload was painfully slow for the images of the Vaccination card.

There was one tricky question. They ask you when you had your last Vaccination. I put the date of my second dose. Then they ask if you had been boosted. No date, just upload the Vax Card. Still wondering if I should have put my Booster date as the date of my last vaccination. I guess it no longer matters, we leave tomorrow!

How soon, or far out can you file the EHAS form?
