We have gone to Shiva's Jewelry and are returning for our 32nd anniversary. I always see posts about DK and Kay's so I was wondering if I am missing the boat. We'd like to have a current ring redesigned so was wondering if you think it's possible in 5 days.

Yes, Alpha Jewels, on Front street redesigned and reworked my wife’s ring for our 40th anniversary last year. It was a last minute surprise and they had all of the work done and delivered in a day and a half. Talk to Sanjay, he should be able to accomplish, if anyone can. They are just before the casino, about a block from the center road.
Have used them many times and been pleased every time.
