Several of you have asked about the book and if its still available..right now its on "Smashwords" at a bargain cut price for a couple of weeks..and, yes, I am slowly working on book 2! Hope its OK with Carol and Eric to mention i here..thanks..

Thanks Carol..that's on the cards..we finally have the ground floor rental back and beautiful but we took a huge hit with Irma and then Covid so we are starting slow..and cheap!
